General Note: I don't want to be forever sub 1.0, or forever beta. I want to stick to the idea that at each point at 1.0 and above, for a given set of features, the code is stable and ready for use.

[.6] multi-bloggification complete, ready for internal testing

code state: all of the sql and interaction code has been modified to take the new schema into consideration. very little attention has been given to [a]removing redundant UI features [b]creating Lyceum admin features

testing: Mostly me and you hammering it to bring any business logic bugs to the surface. if the rest of the peeps in the lab want to get in on this, they are welcome to do so as much as they wish.

[.7] redundant WP UI elements removed, initial portal design

This is the point where i want to have our "extended tester network" play with an installation. i've already casually mentioned the idea to 3 or 4 people, some of them non-tech. so in order for us to show it to more than a few people, and some of the non-tech/ILS/HCI, we can't have confusing non-multi-blog UI elements. Also there should be an intuitive but very simple central portal page. Basically a prettier version of portal.php that we have now.

[.8] google-native admin pages, feature-complete ... who knows

for .6, and .7, I am going to make a wiki page outlining how to do testing similar to what is on the front page right now.

For .7, because we will have the wiki page, we can make the email we send short and sweet, which will perhaps make it sound more exclusive and compel people to visit the site. "you have been invited to be a pre-release tester of lyceum. use this username and password to visit thispage...". and whatever other info you think we need.
